1832 Burgundy is the rear house to 1830, which shares the patio courtyard. It's front entrance is at the rear of the driveway, and has an exit to the patio. It is available as a separate rental or may be rented in conjunction with the front house, 1830.
It's amenities include all Maytag stainless steel appliances, refrigerator with icemaker and filtered water, dishwasher, stove and microwave. The cookware includes all Cuisinart products: pots, bowls, cooking and eating utensils. There is a Kitchenaid Pro toaster and Coffee center, an Oster blender and electric toaster oven.
The back bedroom closet has a laundry center with Maytag washer/dryer, hand clothes steamer, iron and board. There is ample storage in the bedroom armoir which has hanging on one side and drawers on the other. There is a wall mounted 37" LCD HD television, which connects to the HD cable box, BluRay DVD player, and Media Center Computer in the front room.
The bedroom has 2 clock radio alarms (one with remote) and has in wall speakers from the front room Sherwood stereo. There is additional pull out storage from under the bed.
The Living Room Entertainment Center has a Sony Bravia HD 42" LCD television. It is connected to a HD Cable TV box, BluRay DVD player and Media Center Computer.
The Media Center Computer has a online TV guide that is self updating and can record programming for later viewing on all 3 TV sets (living room, kitchen, and bedroom).
The Windows Vista Media Center computer has a keyboard and mouse for accessing the internet. It has amplified speakers with sub-woofer and also plays through the Sherwood amp on "aux." The all-in-one HP Printer can scan, copy and print from the computer, or from memory cards using the small color lcd on the printer.
The Living room sofa opens into a double bed to accomodate overnight guests. There are two on-street parking passes for the back house.
The mahogany dining table seats 6 and includes placemats and napkins for dinner guests. There is china and glassware for 6.
